Carolyn Carnie is the Branch Manager and Vice President of the North DTC office for Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, LLC.  Due to her continual success, Carolyn was promoted to Area Manager and given additional responsibilities.  In addition to her existing role, Carolyn has area leadership and oversight responsibilities of Lakewood, Denver-Central and Grand Junction-East branch offices of CCMC.

She re-joined Cherry Creek in August 2008 following an eight year career with CTX Mortgage Company. As a co- founder of Cherry Creek Mortgage, she was excited to return to a company in which she helped make it prosper in the first 3 years of its inception.

Carolyn continues to originate $20 million in personal production, as well as manage four of the largest branches for Cherry Creek Mortgage Company. She has a significant loan origination staff, as an example, her DTC North branch closes over $150 million in loans each year.

Carolyn's career began in the mortgage industry in 1983. She has worn many hats through her professional career as her industry experience includes all aspects of origination and closing residential mortgages. Carolyn is a veteran loan officer and has been a part of helping over 25,000 clients in their quest to obtain a home and/or mortgage that fits their goals.

As an active member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, she is serving her second term on the Board of Directors. She is also serving her second term on the Mortgage Brokers Rule Making Task Force for the State of Colorado. Carolyn holds the prestigious CML (Certified Mortgage Lender) and CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist) designations.

Carolyn is a proud native of Colorado and attended Colorado State University.
